WELCOME TO VIETNAMRIDER®
YOUR NUMBER 1 CHOICE FOR ALL MOTORCYCLE TOURS IN VIETNAM
Thank you for choosing our VIETNAMRIDER® Travel Company which has been operating since 1999; specializing in doing all adventure tours by motorcycles & cars in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
The best way to explore Vietnam is by doing a motorcycle tour, either as a rider or as a pillion passenger, with one of our experienced tour leaders to guide you. If you are a big family with children, our VIETNAMRIDER® will arrange the tour by car.
We are proud of being the first and the only Motorcycle Travel Company on Vietnamese Television, shown in 2008. We are also recommended in the international motorbike tour websites since 2005, in the Viet Nam Newspapers in 2011, in the Reise Know How - German Guide Book since 2012, and in the Ulysses Club - Adelaide - Australia in 2010.
“In Nov 2010, 15 riders and two mini bus passengers left Australia for the trip of a lifetime. We are all members of the Ulysses Club in Adelaide South Australia. We meet Nam at the Ha Noi airport with his two travelling mechanics and the bus driver. The next day we were introduced to our bikes with the following 13 days and 2000 kilometers being a blur of fun, some hard riding, fabulous home stays and scenery that took our breath away. The organisation was perfect with Nam doing all the hard work and knowing the route and all its highlights - we just followed. The trip culminated in a day on Ha Long Bay, the perfect venue to say goodbye to North Viet Nam...Mr. Neville Gray." Read more here:

Hung was knowledgable, hilarious and fun to ride with! Veitnam Riders and their tour guides are very professional and safe- there was never a problem. I rode alone with Hung for over a week, and had the time of my life. As a young women traveling alone, I did have my doubts... but never any issues.
The company provides you with home stays or hotels, and maps of your travels. I will keep my map forever. I highly recommend this company over any of the larger ones available at tourist spots...

Ideas for trips are often hatched decades ago while sitting in Geography class in school. While the teacher droned on, in my mind I was already in the Masai Mara or Serengeti or Steppes or Mekong Delta. My childhood desire actually came true this month.
I wanted it to be a special trip, so I planned a solo trip, and to make it even more unique, decided on a motor-bike trip, which would allow me get a far closer view of the Mekong Delta than I would get by means of a standard package tour. Since I have not ridden bikes in years, and not being familiar with road and traffic conditions in Vietnam, I decided on a back of a bike trip.
Itinerary: HCMC to My Tho to Ben Tre to Can Tho to Chau Doc. My bike trip would end in Chau Doc, and I would hop on the Speed boat to Phnom Penh, Cambodia. While I had been wondering about making it further down the coast to Rach Gia, we modified the route along the way as we went along, to allow for a more relaxed trip.
Rider-guide: Nam was my rider guide, arranged while I was back home barely a week before the trip. The trip was planned at short notice, however, Visa and Rider arrangements all went very well. Having decided on a skeleton route and duration, I transferred an advance amount to Nam and paid him the balance when we met in HCMC...

This was my third trip with Nam and hopefully not my last. The accomodation is always good and spaced out nicely over the journey. Nam certainly knows his way around Vietnam and you get to see a lot of out of the way places. A great trip all round - thanks...

My second time using VIETNAMRIDER® - riding pillion for a 9 day tour through the DMZ. What an incredible ride. Mr Nam organized all the accommodation as usual along the way and worked hard to get me to the areas I wanted to see which were some very rural locations. Climbing Hamburger Hill was definitely a highlight and driving through the infamous A Shau Valley where some huge operations took place during the war. We drove up through Khe Sanh to Phong Nha and I visited the huge caves which are breath taking. I can't begin to describe the scenery along the way, the mountains, jungle, and rice fields leave you in awe.
I highly recommend if you want to get away for a week or two and lose yourself in this amazing part of the world. Nam will look after you and show you some off the beaten track locations where very few tourists ever go. Do it!...
